Sergey Simonov
Sergey Simonov holds MS in Cybernetics. Mr. Simonov is the CEO of LatInSoft SIA and Director of the “Learn Russian in the European Union” study abroad project at the Training Center LatInSoft. His primary role is general management, new program design, program marketing and relations with key accounts. Mr. Simonov is a passionate promoter of Russian study abroad programs in Daugavpils.
