Evelyn Soidla holds an MA in English Teacher Training Programme. Strong education professional with a Certificate focused on coaching and supervision from International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI). Experienced Trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Intercultural Communication, Coaching, Supervision, Team Development, Professional Mentoring, English as a Second Language (ESL). Member of the Association of National Organizations for Supervision and Coaching in Europe (ANSE). Currently works as a coach, supervisor and English coach in Multilingua Language Centre in Estonia. Additionally, participates in the project as one of the members of the Estonian team.

Janika Toompere is a Training Specialist at Multilingua. Her role is to support teachers by all kinds of organizatory matters, such as resourses, classrooms and equipment. She often needs to assist teachers with computer skills and that is the reason she is eager to improve herself to help others.
